A.B.A.T.E. of Minnesota strongly promotes motorcycle safety training and motorcyclist awareness training throughout the state. Through our Share the Road program, thousands of students, senior citizens, and service groups have been educated on awareness of motorcyclists.

Many of our chapters have sponsored Experienced Rider Courses and reimburse a portion of the fee for successful completion of motorcycle training. We have hosted several First Aid, Accident Scene Management, and Two Wheel Trauma classes that have educated thousands of people in Minnesota. We have made large donations to the Minnesota Motorcycle Safety program which they have used for upgrading and maintaining the fleet of training motorcycles.

Through our legislative efforts, the funds for motorcycle awareness and training in Minnesota have greatly increased. And many of our members have donated their time by serving on the Minnesota Motorcycle Safety Advisory Committee. As you can see, there are many pieces to the motorcycle safety puzzle.
