How do I earn a motorcycle endorsement in Minnesota?
Every person who operates a motorcycle on public roads in Minnesota must have a valid driver's license before they can earn a motorcycle instruction permit or license endorsement. If you are under 18 years of age, you are required to take the MMSC Basic Rider Course. To earn your endorsement, you must:
