2008 State Motorcycle Rally
Sponsorship Program

A.B.A.T.E. of Minnesota (American Bikers for Awareness, Training, and Education), a not for profit motorcycle rights organization, is seeking sponsors for our 2008 State Rally, to be held August 29^th through September 1^st2008 at the Meeker County Fairgrounds in Litchfield, MN.
As part of our Sponsorship program we are offering generous recognition, advertising, vendor space, and passes for the participation of you, your employees and customers in our event.
There are five levels of Sponsorship:

Chrome Sponsorship

The Chrome Sponsorship is only $250.00 and includes

Signage in the beer, bar, and vendor hub location
Your company name published in the Road Noise magazine, A.B.A.T.E.’s official publication (circulation
3,000+)
Your company name and business card ad printed in our Rally program
Your company name listed on our website
5 free weekend passes to the Rally to distribute as you please

Silver Sponsorship

At only $500.00, the Silver Sponsorship is very affordable for small and medium size businesses. Your Silver Sponsorship includes:

Signage in the beer, bar, and vendor hub location
Your company name published in the Road Noise magazine
Your company name and a quarter page ad in our Rally program
Your company name listed on our website
11 free weekend passes to the Rally to distribute as you please

Gold Sponsorship

The Gold Level Sponsorship is $1,000.00 and comes with even more benefits! It includes:

Medium signage in the beer, bar, and vendor hub location
Your company name and logo published in the Road
Noise magazine
Waiver of vendor fees to set up at the Rally
Your company name and a half page ad in our Rally
program
Your company name listed on our website
21 free weekend passes to the Rally to distribute as you please.

Early Bird Special for these first three levels:
Purchase a sponsorship by May 1^st, 2008, receive two free business card ads in Road Noise.

Platinum Sponsorship

The Platinum Level Sponsorship is $2,000.00 and comes with many advantages for your company. It includes:

Large signage in the beer, bar, and vendor hub location
Your company name and logo published in the Road
Noise magazine
3 free half page ads in the Road Noise magazine
Waiver of vendor fees to set up at the Rally
Your company name and a full page ad in our Rally
program
Your company name listed on our website
42 free weekend passes to the Rally to distribute as you please

Diamond Sponsorship

The initial investment for a Diamond sponsorship is just $3,000.00. This is highest level of sponsorship and has significant rewards for your company, including:

Highest-level signage. Your business will have signage
on either side or above the stage area and large signage
in the beer, bar, and vendor hub location, as well as
other locations on the grounds
Your company name and logo published in the Road
Noise magazine
3 free full page ads in the Road Noise magazine
Waiver of vendor fees to set up at the Rally
A full page ad in our Rally program and your company
name and logo included on the front cover
Your company name and logo listed on our website
64 free weekend passes to the Rally to distribute as you please.

Although A.B.A.T.E. is a not for profit organization and contributions are not tax deductible, you may be able to deduct this investment in your company’s advertising budget. Check with your tax professional.

Rally the biggest and best ever. A.B.A.T.E of Minnesota is
4,200 members strong and our goal for attendance at the 2008
Rally is 3,000+.
