State Rally General Information

ABSOLUTELY no one under 21 admitted. This IS NOT a kid's party!
All guests must carry photo ID with them at all times.
Gates open 8:00 am Friday, Close 12:00 noon Monday.

Day passes:
• Available on Sunday only for $35.00.
• Includes all events for that day and allows you to stay the night.
Parking: Unless you’re on a motorcycle, anyone with a day pass will not be allowed to park inside the Rally area. There will be a parking area for “Day-Passes” across from the main gate.

Weekend Pass Parking:
Motorcycles: Wherever they want - well almost anywhere - after all it’s a biker party.
RV’s or any vehicle you're sleeping in will be allowed to set up next to any campsite. There will be a $35.00 charge for any vehicle entering the grounds that is not a motorcycle or pulled by a motorcycle. There are no electrical or water hook ups.  You must obtain a parking pass from the front gate when you enter.  Any non-motorcycle vehicle that does not have a parking pass clearly displayed will be towed at the owner's expense.  All re-entries will be charged the $35.00 fee again.
Other vehicles will not be allowed to park inside the Rally area.  There will be a parking area across from the main gate.

Camping:
• Camping is included with the price of the ticket.
• Camping is permitted in designated areas only, unless you obtain special permission from the Rally Chair.

Campfires:
• Campfires are permitted in designated areas.
• No bottles or cans are allowed in the Campfires.
• Campfires must be contained in a Fire Ring. Fire Rings are available from the wood vendor for use during the Rally for the small fee of $10.00.
• You can bring your own wood or buy it on site. You are responsible for clean up of all ashes and debris.

First Aid:
• The First Aid building is located inside the fence, near the front gate. There is First Aid Staff roaming the grounds in one of the golf carts at all times. If you need assistance look for someone with an orange security armband, they will radio for help.

Security:
• A.B.A.T.E. Security Staff are on site. If you see any problems arising, contact them.

Beer / Liquor:
• You can bring your own beverage (beer, liquor, pop) or purchase it at the Rally. There will be only on-sale available.
• To help support the Meeker County Fair Board and the Litchfield American Legion, we ask that you bring only a single beverage inside the Stage, Bar, and Vendor hub areas.  No coolers will be allowed in these areas.

Events:
• Everyone is welcome to participate in any of the events (members or non-members.) There will be a pre-event sign-up table by the A.B.A.T.E. Products booth.

Clean-up:
• Bags will be available for trash and cans.
• A.B.A.T.E. is responsible for leaving the grounds clean and respectable. Please do your part and a little more in helping out, particularly Monday morning before you leave for home.

Behavior:
• No drag racing or wheelies, any hot dogging on your bike can get you a quick trip to the gate.
• Nudity is not allowed by State Law.
• We request that you be respectful of our hosts, Meeker County and the City of Litchfield. Use common sense when out and about from the Fair Grounds. AVOID residential areas where children play during the day and sleep at night.
• Don't ride intoxicated! We want to keep you as an active Member and you sure don't want to hurt anyone else.
• Anyone starting trouble is out, no questions asked. Anti-social behavior will get you escorted to the gate and possibly a ride in the County Sheriff’s car.

Will Not be Permitted at the Rally:
Weapons, Fireworks, Bad Attitudes, Racing, Pets/Animals, Persons Under 21
Not Responsible for Losses or Damages

“Good Attitudes” YES!                      “Bad Attitudes” NO!
