Dear Vendor:

American Bikers for Awareness, Training , and Education (A.B.A.T.E.) of Minnesota’s 20^th Annual State Rally is Labor Day Weekend (August 29^th through, September 1^nst 2008) at the Meeker County Fairgrounds in Litchfield, MN.  There are many vendor spots available at our Rally.  Due to the State smoking ban there will be no inside vendor spots available.  Electricity is provided for minimal usage only (lights, etc.) no air conditioners or other heavy power consumers.  If you require electricity, you must provide a specific description of your electrical needs, a service breaker, and be able to pass an electrical inspection (A.B.A.T.E. cannot and will not be responsible for failure to pass electrical inspection.)  If you require our electricity you must be hooked up by Friday a.m. so you can be inspected.  Please note that you must provide your own tables and chairs.  All spaces are provided on a first come, first served basis.  You need to submit an application form and full payment by July 15^th.  No late entries will be accepted.  You will receive a confirmation letter along with vendor passes.  The fairgrounds will be open for setup on Thursday, August 28^th after 9:00 a.m.  There will be no admittance before that time.  Please utilize the special entrance on the North side of the fairgrounds marked Vendors Only.  ALL participants must be at least 21 years old.  NO ANIMALS, WEAPONS, OR ATTITUDES will be allowed.

Once again I want to point out the fact that all spots will be on a first come, first served basis.  It is possible that you will be offered some choices when you arrive but there will not be any prior marking of spots this year or any special requests ahead of time.  Your vendor fee includes admittance for up to 4 workers.  Any workers over 4 must pay regular admission.  All workers must be registered on Friday at the start of the Rally.  We will be having drawings throughout the weekend for volunteers at the Rally.  We would welcome any donations you might have for this.  Please contact me at the above listed number.

A.B.A.T.E. will again be sponsoring a fashion show.  Please let us know, either on your application or at the Rally, if you have anything you would like to have shown.
